      Windmill Magnesium Oxide 400 mg Tablets 100 ea (Pack of 4) Windmill Magnesium Oxide

      I'm no expert on these things but the capsule type Magnesium Oxide gave me bad results....the pill form give me more predictable results if ya catch my drift. Taking the capsules gave me crap in your pants result. It might take a few days for your system to adjust using the pill form but the end results are a lot more predictable....and you'll know ahead of time when it's time to go. I know this doesn't make sense....just buy them.:D And the 4 pack is a killer deal.

      What It did for me.

      Brought my heart rate stabilized at 60-65 bpm. when I took only 1 1/2 tablets twice a day. Otherwise my heartrate fluctuated between 32-140 bpm. I am very satisfied.
