bought a mattress, it said 3 day free delivery.NO TRACKING its its been 8 days and had i not contacted them id still be waiting,they messaged back to say it had been returned to them due to a problem with deliver company? asked if id like them to send it again! the fact they knew it was returned to them & never contacted me never offered a refund and i had to stay in for a week waiting, disgraceful. terrible seller. they since put the price up on it buy over £20 i dont think they ever posted it

Useless seller. Said item was "lost" in transit and they had no more but they were selling same item at a higher price the day before. Seems they keep having this "issue" so I would not trust them with any important purchase. Got a refund but that is no excuse for misleading customers.
