The item arrived unpackaged completely open for anyone to open it was missing a battery and the impact drill there was no sellotape box or cable tie to hold it shut to prevent people from getting into it. This eBay Seller is accusing me of taken the impact driver and battery which is absolutely appalling and shocking. I would not deal with this seller I would stay away I'm having eBay to step in so I can get either the parts are missing or a full refund which the seller is refusing stay away
