The items looked exactly like the pictures and the items arrived a day early! The seller is obviously very good at what they do. The only criticism I would give is that I sent a message with my purchase and they didn't respond. I asked if they bought damage insurance through UPS. Considering how well they packed my porcelain sconces there wasn't any concern about damage. The packaging was top notch!!
