Item arrived and it was defective. It did not work and I informed seller of this, tried to work something out with them and they attempted to give me a 30% partial refund and told me that I could keep the defective item which was no good. I attempted to work things out with the seller, but they ignored me, did not answer my questions or requests, kept trying to haggle refund with me. I had to open a case with eBay and hopefully I'll get my refund. These people are horrible. Buyer beware!
