    A bientot

    This is the last book from Roger and sadly he didn't get to see it published. It's a warm and often amusing view of his life , with the added bonus of his drawings, which are actually very good ! As a life long fan of this great man, it was a 'must have' for me and a great pleasure to read.

    I already had a copy of this book. This purchase was for a friend who once met Roger. The book is a light read by a down to earth and thoroughly decent man. Unfortunately I never got to meet him myself.

    Sincere and entertaining reflections on an interesting life

    This book is not so much about his film career but his reflections on his long life. Written in the last year of his life he writes about how he copes with growing old and trying to cope with all of the changes in a rapidly changing world. It is a very human story of a well-liked man. It certainly resonates with me and is a most enjoyable read.
