The item description said new, but the packaging was broken and had clearly been opened, which you could easily see in the pictures of the item on the listing, so not surprising. If the item was used it was either not for long at all or they kept it in immaculate condition because there wasn’t a single scratch or imperfection to be found on it. All necessary hardware included. And considering the price, I feel like I got it for a steal!!! Solid seller, perfect transaction. I’m very pleased!!
