    Item described as new, only opened for photos. Evident toothpaste residue in multiple places, added new toothbrush head came from a multipack. Seller buys returns from warehouses and doesn’t check items properly before listing. Offered a reasonable option of partial refund to keep item given it was falsely advertised as new, seller refused and was rather rude: “I am not s charity”. Absolute waste of time. Received a full refund.

    Parcel arrived after I had to pay £3.50 as the seller didn't put the correct postage on Despite me paying for it, refused to refund the extra postage. 3 wks late, the outer package was very damaged, and the bag inside the package was open (I took photos of the contents as proof) and the protection strip had come off the ink,so possibly not as advertised, so was dried up so my printer wouldn't accept the cartridge. I have started a refund process. Seller then accused me of lying. Avoid.....
