Great product
I bought it primarily for use with my summer uniform shirts, since I don't wear a tie when it's warm. It works ok with my uniform shirts. It works fantastic with my casual button up shirts & polo shirts. It makes a huge difference how my collars stand up when wearing a blazer or sweater. The look is significantly more professional!! If it ever breaks, I will purchase another set.
