Item arrived on time. I found item quite flimsy and Instructions poor, extremely small writing and not very clear, It states that it grates but in fact it only shreds, Dicing is a bit of a hassel but does just manage it. It is not quite what I expected and contacted seller with the issues and they were very good, they did refund part of cost as I was able to use part of it's programme. Seller OK but item not brilliant.

Very poor quality item. Does not work as it should. No instructions included so was only able to get it to slice, which it did badly. Asked to return for full refund and was constantly fobbed off with a % of a refund "15%/40%/70% refund as compensation for you to keep or give to a friend". Finally got a full refund. Box arrived in terrible condition, I wouldn't be surprised if it was already a "returned" item. Awful customer service. Awful item. Avoid!
