The transceiver was marked with a sticker signifying that it had be been upgraded to the "E Release" firmware (a cost of USD 9.99). But on receiving the unit and switching it on to test it, I was disappointment to discover that it had NOT been upgraded. I then notified the seller and he IMMEDIATELY REIMBURSED ME the cost of the upgrade. That was most courteous and professional, and hence this is a seller I would buy from again.
