On the right road to recovery
I dropped down to these after being on the full strength for 6 weeks, it’s not easy stopping an addiction but these have made it bearable and I’m doing alright, I still get cravings but they’re not as powerful and don’t last long and now a lot less frequent. One day at a time. I got this !!! AND I smell lovely. When I walk past a smoker in the street I do notice how much they STINK it’s acrid and blimey I never realised I used to smell like that. As Yoda said ... Don’t try .. Just do Someone said to me ‘ oooh I wish I could give up smoking ‘ to which I replied ‘so you think it’s easier for me ? ‘ It does take practice but as with anything the more you practice and the longer you stick with it the easier it gets. You have to go through it to get through it Stick a patch on be brave and ...
