AVOID, A complete nightmare of a seller.
I have been waiting since the 4th December for an item to be delivered, its clearly lost and Royal Mail have confirmed this to me, yet they are still refusing to refund me.
Seriously don't waste your time or money with this seller.

This was down to royal mail loosing the parcel and eBay held the funds. I have contact eBay in regarding to this and made a full complaint as i had contact ebay a number of times including on xmas day. I made it clear the funds needs to be release and given to the buyer. I have followed the eBay's protocol and the agent(s) kept on giving me mix messages. The buyer has also been rude and abrupt as he wanted me to send the parcel to a different address.
