The item was described as a new Traeger Ranger pellet stove with the buyer to pay shipping costs. With shipping costs, the price was a deal when compared to other sellers on ebay offering free shipping. The deal turned sour when the stove arrived and I discovered that a used Traeger Scout stove, the discontinued tabletop model replaced by the Ranger, had been packed into the Ranger box. Following messages, the seller refunded shipping costs and suggested additional compensation; crickets now.
