The sandals turned out to not be the color I saw on the seller's website: they appeared to be blue. When my order described the sandals as tan, I contacted the seller and she was able to retrieve it before it was sent out, and she immediately refunded what I'd paid (minus the cost of the shipping label which she said she would also refund me if she's able to recover the cost herself). I appreciate very much the responsiveness of the seller and would gladly order from her again.
