I received the item it did not work. I contacted the seller. They said I have to return it then they will issue me a refund then I can re-order so we’re looking at probably a month before I can even get what I purchased so I would say do not order from here. I asked them if they can send me another one with the return label and they just never answered me back.

Hi valued buyer, this is very unfair with us. we offered you every possible thing that we can do but you insisted to keep the item and also you want the replacement. eBay allows us for a refund or replacement when you have the returning proof that you were not giving.
