Satisfactory as a simple router & basic DHCP server. No use at all if you need to reserve IP addresses. Whilst it will work initially, once ANY firmware change is applied, either an update to a latest version or a return to an earlier version, then the option to reserve IP addresses ceases to work - even following a full reset. Until the reset, any reserved IP addresses setup initially DO remain working. But a reset erases these and leaves you stuck. Netgear must know about this bug/fault as firmware version 1.0.0.75 actually removes the option to reserve IP addresses. Despite this, the Netgear support teams have not been provided with this information and I spent several hours attempting firmware changes and factory resets before it was suggested that the router be returned as faulty and replaced. A second identical router behaved in exactly the same way.Read full review

A perfect router if you're looking to upgrade your household's wireless networking. I found this router performed 2mbps better than my previous router, due to a stronger wireless signal! Thanks Netgear!
