Confusing instructions on how to get buy 2 get 4 free. The instructions state in order to get 4 free, you need to put 6 in the basket which I did. But at check out, I was charged full price. When I contacted the seller, the response I got was.
You have purchased 6 in total and I HAVE YOU SENT 12 FREE. I couldn't be bothered to argue or send the items back, so I now have year's supply of collars for my cats!🤷♀️
