      The product is unusable to me due to lack of instructions.

      The item is a physical puzzle consisting of two bent nails twisted together. The object is to separate them. There were no instruction included with the product. A search of the internet shows the solution to several similar items but two days of research failed to locate the solution for the particular item I received. Therefore, the item is useless to me.
