A really disappointing experience. x9 personalised choc wrappers ordered in plenty of time but didn't arrive, neither did the 2nd set the seller said they'd sent. As they were Christmas gifts they are now of no use. Case opened with ebay, seller said they'd refund but didn't. Ebay had to resolve instead. Would not recommend this seller at all.

This buyer purchased chocolate wrapper and didn't send details for personalization. I contacted her and she took long to reply
I posted them her labels with tracking, tracking shows it is still in Transit.
I apologized and offered her a refund. I contacted Ebay and asked to refund her as I way away
I fully informed her all this...I also contacted Royal Mail and was informed that they had issues delivering parcels over Christmas
