I'm sorry your item came damaged. I always take great care when I package perfumes etc. The Couriers damaged it somewhere along the journey.

When I buy the item, I place my address correctly, I even put a remark to leave it in recepcion or with the security staff, on the description of the item says it would arrive on april 04 or april 05. The item was for a birthday on april 06 at this time I dont have the item with me, and if the item arrive, I dont know where, if arrive to the royal mail or what. but the item suppose to arrive to the address I gave on the date it was mentioned. Dont trust on fake sales. Put clear the conditions
