purchased on 30th May, told me dispatch on 31st, delivery day passed informed seller that parcel had not arrived requested tracking number, however, tracking number was not in the Royal Mail system, tracked it for 18 days and it never showed up. No contact from the seller had to get ebay involved who got me my refund. Item did not get lost was never dispatched in the first place.

Finally received the product only to realise I paid £17.99 for a pack of 4. Very misleading as it showed a box of 12 and just realised in small print mentions pack of 4… cheaper in the shops. Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

I've contacted the seller the picture of my purchase said 12kg,s it did state 3kgs in the wording but beeing elderly I went straight to purchase it been a good price my complaint is the sellers sales tactics are misleading I recommended he ajust accordingly I would not have purchased 3kg for £20
