Dispatched on Monday delivered on the Friday and it came packaged in paper. I use the name plaques for my business and when ordered from previous suppliers I’ve never had a problem, they always come in secured fragile proof packaging.
Not only has it arrived last minute but I was unable to use this for my customers event as it was in pieces.
I explained that I do not require a replacement as it was needed for an event- sending a replacement without asking me, could have changed the name.
