Definately a different eBay buying experience. The product is very nice and all my cats love playing with it. Seller communication was awesome. So this seller is AAA+. Shipping through USPS was a joke. Package arrived at my post office in Ohio in a timely manner only to be redirected north to Michigan. This added another three days to the shipping time. Can't possibly blame the seller because of the incompetence of our mail service.
