I received the ornament 12 days after I placed the order. The seller sent me a message a week after I placed the order to tell me they'd been sick, so just dropping the ornament off then. I appreciated the update, and totally understand the delay, but it would have been great to get that notice a little sooner. I received the ornament a few days after it finally went out. It was in great condition, packaged safely, and looked just like the photos.
