Seller isn’t answering, says they’re offline and can’t contact for now but I’m very disappointed and not happy with how my parcel has arrived, the box looks like it’s been ripped apart and been thrown about everywhere and this was not what I saw in the photos shown.

Box damaged completely, has been open before. I can’t trust it & seller . I will return it . I don’t recommend this seller. Dishonest . You can buy it directly from uk Philips with same price. Seller humiliating the eBay shoppers by sending item with such poor condition and packaging.

I agreed to settle this dispute, received £3 from the seller, to avoid wasting time and money . He advertised a Braun shaving series S 3020 but purposely posted me a Braun series S 3040s. After messaging back and forth, he then stated that l should trust his choice over mine because his series 3040s was the best and other customers who were in the same situation as mine had never questioned his judgement call. So it means I am not the 1st. This is deceitful on the seller's part.
