I paid for my item and was told it would arrive 10/19. On 10/19 I checked, and though a tracking number was provided, the item was not shipped yet. I received no communication from the seller at this point, so I contacted them and they were quick to respond that they would put it in the mail that day. I received my item on 10/24. The item itself is nice. But shipping can be improved.
