Firstly you have the option to automatically return and refund - which you haven’t gone for IF the item is damaged as you say.Secondly your order was placed on the 19th December and it shows a 3 day dispatch period under the item you purchased, any further delays were due to Christmas and out of my hands.Finally, you didn’t request an alternative courier to deliver your parcel (which every customer has the option of doing so).My numbers of positive feedback on here speaks for itself.
