Shipping was taking forever. Several days after it allegedly shipped, the item was in Los Angeles, although the company said they were in Jamaica NY. I complained and was told they'd give me a discount when it arrived. It arrived, postmarked from Illinois, and wasn't at all what I ordered, headphones, but a short USB charing cord.
Never going to do business with these people again.

I like these little guys, but 2 of them came in damaged with their heads broken off. They need to be packed in a small solid box to prevent this from happening. Not stored in package envelope.
