    The item arrived in good time and I thought it was well wrapped but unfortunately it arrived broken in several pieces. The seller immediately refunded me. Communication was great. I'm gutted as I was really looking forward to adding this piece to my summer tea party crockery. No problems with the seller. It's not their fault that Royal Mail just throw parcels around. 10/10 to the seller though.
