We are based in Nottingham and bought this item from Gary and Jo who are based in Devon. We read the terms of sale and used Shiply, an Ebay approved courier system, to collect the item. The item arrived safely and was exactly as described. There was some confusion over collection since bad weather put the courier company behind by one day. Gary was very patient and his communication was excellent. Further feedback will be left on the Shiply website. We would however recommend Gary and Jo.

I was able to view and collect our Ercol unit from the seller, as they are located less than an hour's drive away from me. The seller was very easy to communicate with and on the day of collection, they had the unit ready for me and helped load it into the vehicle. The item is exactly as described and in excellent condition. It looks great in my lounge.
