A promising young scientist named Ricky has his hands full after his parents die, leaving him to take care of his little brother, Jermaine, while also trying to keep his full-time job. When a drive-by shooting leaves Jermaine dead, Ricky cannot stand the thought of being the only remaining member of his family. In order to bring his brother back to life, Ricky tries out his new science project, an experimental formula that regenerates dying cells.
