The item was poor quality to start with. There was no attached piece to snap the phone into - only a loose rubber thing that could be placed around the edge of the phone but didn't connect to anything. Additionally, it appeared to have been opened and repackaged incorrectly so it was bent in shipment to me. I reached out to the seller immediately but didn't get any response at all. eBay issued the refund.

Why am I receiving messages in my stating that this item was delivered yesterday when it was delivered from October. I hope that no money is being deducted from my account for this other item. Stop sending me messages that my item was delivered. This is the second time I am receiving these messages. Do something about it!
