I am very disappointed the parcel was badly wrapped!it was wrapped in a very black plastic bag, it was ripped in several places,I have photos, the wool was to make toys for the children in St Luke’s hospice,I will not use the wool,as it could be dirty and have germs. I ordered 15 balls of wool from you and spend £36, which is a lot of money. I was thinking of ordering more but i don’t t think I will bother, there are other sites selling the wool.
