  • OK for it's day, but needs updating

Fine for it's day, but not much value to the modern chauffeur. Even though this was published in 1997, it is merely a reprint of the 1906 edition. A great shame that no attempt was made to update any practices. Perhaps I should take that on as a project as I see many "chauffeurs" getting the basics wrong on how to carry out acceptable procedures such as ensuring the lady and gent/bride and groom, and shown to the correct seat and enter/exit the vehicle from the correct side.
