The VW Volkswagen Passat 9" Android 12 Car Stereo Radio came as advertised. The shipping was quick and came new in the box and was well packaged. The radio looks and feels well made. The radio fit perfectly in my 2017 Passat SE and looks really nice. I had a little hiccup with the installation but I reached out to carradiosuppliers customer support and they were quick to respond, polite, and worked with me to resolve my issue. In the end I am happy with the product and the customer service.
