As it says an art of few words but disciplined
A simple guide to teaching urself the art of defence. It does not encourage violence rather to avoid confrontation if possible. The late David Carrodine ( american actor) was a Shaolin Kung fu person who, was very adept at his art. It encourages exercise as speed is also of the essence. It developes the senses to a high pitch however, to learn this art takes commitment and, concentration. It is not for the foolhardy amongst us.
