Communicated with seller and sent photos to inform them of the discrepancy. Seller apologized and offered a discount. Recommend better packaging when shipping expensive items. I’ll buy from this seller again.

These were sized a 7 but were tiny and more like a 6 or smaller. They also were missing a heel tip. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a return shipping label and because they were not describe correctly. They fully refunded and paid for shipping. I will always buy from the shop. They have great customer service. I have bought from them many times before and always get gorgeous quality expensive shoes for a great price.
