Item received was delivered in a disappointing state considering the delicate nature of it.
Broken on arrival, I was asked for numerous details of item damage and images of delivered package, even after repackaging for return. After requesting return and sending item back I was accused of being uncooperative and accusatory despite none of the issues being my responsibility. To top that off was offered a lower spec item for some sort of sales recompense at nearly same value! Avoid!

I won't accept blame for factors beyond my control. Despite clear evidence of box damage by the delivery company(noted after receiving box back), you accused me of poor packaging. I requested box photos, unfulfilled despite your promise. My unconditional return acceptance included an extra offer of replacement and a further refund. In this unfortunate situation, common decency and good faith would have been appreciated, evidently lacking in your tone and approach.
