Reçu en parfait état bien avant la date prévue et conforme à scan. Seul petit regret, c'est l'absence d'affranchissement philatélique qui pourtant ne coûte pas plus cher qu'un timbre ordinaire et fait toujours plaisir à un philatéliste de recevoir un beau timbre.
