  • A Must-Have

    There's not much to review here: if you use big lenses and need a circular polarizer, this is your only option. There are Mark I and Mark II versions of this, and the only difference is the colour of the exterior paint, so as to match the colour of the Mark I and Mark II lenses -- if you worry about such things. I bought the Mark II, slightly concerned it might not fit my 200mm f/2, which wasn't listed as compatible, but of course it works fine. The only thing I don't like with this rear filter arrangement is, if you rotate the camera between landscape and portrait orientations, you then have to re-adjust the polarizer. With front-mounted polarizers, you can hold the polarizer still with one hand, and rotate the camera with the other, retaining your original adjustment. When I looked ...
