Bought Red received Pink Madeline Tosh yarn in the eBay £10off purchase coupon Contacted seller but she denied that she had any of RED yarns even though her ad & my invoice pic is proof of it. Response was for refund. I wanted an exchange as I’d lose my £10off coupon. Seller response became discourteous saying she offered an exchange in her initial response FYI she did not, not until I queried it then she became belligerent & my emails via eBay are evidentiary to that fact. I would not recommend
