Difficult decision to purchase, seller promises everything on their site is checked working before dispatch, this item specifically states that it has not been checked ???? both can't be true. The seller give an ean which turns out to be invalid, very suspicious. The seller says the item is new(other) and in perfect condition - YAY that is true, the torch is exactly as described, fully charged and in perfect condition.     Better control over heating, convenient and just works.

    Easy to fit replacing an old timer. Gives me much better control over my heating from my phone and Google Home. In fact I seldom touch the thermostat/programmer at all. Also includes an interface for all other Hive products, eg. Lighting. When I leave home I am reminded to turn my heating down and to turn it on again when heading home. This has allowed me to have my house warmer when I am home and has also reduced my bills as I am not heating an empty house. This can also be automated via IFTTT. Looks good, well made, easy to use.

    One of the best 'app' heat systems on the market and worth every penny of the £240 British Gas charge. But try to get this used from someone who's had it installed but needs move, split up from partner or going overseas as you should be able to get it for about £100. Fully functional and reliable this programmable room stat and its various associated components including motion sensors, cameras and auto lights make controlling your home remotely very easy. 7-day programmable room stat with up to six settings in a day. 'Actions' mean you can use motion sensors to switch on lights, turn up/down the heat or even start the oven. Check your home remotely by using the Hive cameras widely avail on the 'net.

    Good device - shame about the cells.

    Wife not happy.dont like new gadgets in the house.however I'm happy saves my little legs from going up and down the stairs.The hive is easy to set up to the central heating,wiring simple,I've evan added the hive light bulbs NO PROBLEM, JUST CHANGE THE OLD LIGHT BULB FOR THE HIVE BULB AND PAIR WITH Your HUB,EASY AS TAKING CANDY FROM A BABY.
