Approached this buyer twice to attempt to resolve issue via way of refund as in full refund , not just postage.He ignored me.For clarity here-I offer free postage, buyer chose the £4.95 option. Communication is via the ebay online invoicing system and feedback which I always leave for buyers once dispatched thanking them-no one in 100,000 transactions has ever complained about TU notes in a parcel apart from this one.The box holds 14 nibs ,will never hold 50 (a very small box) I TRIED ! !
