This item arrived when it said it would, however, as soon as I opened the broken packaging and took it out, the strap fell apart. The instruction booklet had nothing valuable, to help with this watch, it did not mention how to turn it on, or charge it. I have contacted the seller, they did attempt to help to no avail. I was not offered a refund, or replacement because the postage is expensive to return. I was offered 20% compensation, about 2.00 so this is a loss.

Shipping was taking forever. Several days after it allegedly shipped, the item was in Los Angeles, although the company said they were in Jamaica NY. I complained and was told they'd give me a discount when it arrived. It arrived, postmarked from Illinois, and wasn't at all what I ordered, headphones, but a short USB charing cord.
Never going to do business with these people again.
