Not a pleasant experience. Item arrived damage and when I contacted them, I got pushback even though I was willing to keep the item. Can you believe that? I was willing to keep a defective item and they still challenged me! So, I just returned it since it's clear that working with this seller was not possible. But, this is what feedback is for. The help sellers learn how to better handle customer issues. Hopefully, this will help the seller navigate customer issues better in the future.
