Item was a 7” record i purchased. Sent in a jiffy bag. The item was delivered by Evri and was snapped in half. I contacted the seller who argued it was sent safe (no it wasn’t) it was in a jiffy bag offering no protection at all! He then told me to del with the carrier and then asked me to return at my cost. Case opened. Return label generated and item was sent back. Then contacted me to say the sleeve was missing and that i had paid £15 for a poster and won’t get a refund. Shocking service!

DO NOT trust this buyer!! Absolute con!! Record packed perfectly, then made out it was damaged. Agreed a return only for half the item to be returned!! No poster sleeve returned. The listing clearly shows the poster!! Looks like he’s a retro dealer so basically wanted the poster and conned it out of me. Possibly the worst ebayer ive ever dealt with. Lies from the start!! Wish as a seller we had more control of returns as i would absolutely not have refunded the money. Avoid at all costs !!!!
