First one broke but replacement was sent communication a bit pushy though when trying to sort out refund/replacement he wasn’t keen on refunding me or me returning item even though returns were accepted. Finally settled on a replacement however he kept wanting me to close the case before I even received the replacement. I quite rightly didn’t until I was satisfied! Customer service and communication could have been politer otherwise replacement has been ok so far.
