Poor communication from seller, none instigated by them despite missed delivery date.
Delivery date moved (from 14/06 to 29/06 then to 6/07) but overshot expected delivery time - seller blamed new incompetent delivery driver, advised redelivery attempt for following Mon/Tues that didn't happen.
All despite seller being 1 hour away from me - couldn't pick up myself as I'm disabled.
Positive = seller was eager to give refund, and refund did go through, and seller polite.
Sadly disappointed.
