I received a Stanley with a cracked broken lid. I contacted the seller who offered me 10% refund. Of course I declined. I wanted to return the item and get a new one or have him at least replace the lid. He sent me a second email in another language and the only thing I understood is him putting 30%…my assumption is he was trying to get me to accept a partial refund. Finally, after realizing he had stopped communication, I escalated and opened a case against him. Do not purchase from this seller
